⏱ ‘Time and project management for freelancers’: Wudan Yan of The Writers’ Co-Op is hosting a webinar where attendees will learn about “high and low-tech ways to manage different projects; how to fit non-billable work into your work week; and about the tools — software, outsourcing, beyond,” according to the Eventbrite page.
The session is set for September 26 at 3 p.m. ET and costs $35.
👀 ‘How to handle the unexpected in your media career’: If you missed Poynter's virtual session last week featuring Leadership Academy for Women in Media director Kate Cox and program alumni, don’t worry! You can get caught up with this helpful Q&A “talking through sudden changes, life after layoffs and more.”
📝 You went to an amazing conference. Now what? Career and Leadership Coach Phoebe Gavin wrote in her newsletter about “seven things I always do after a conference” including connecting with speakers, following up with people you met and making time to take care of yourself.
