💵 ‘Here’s how to get paid what you’re worth’: Andee Tagle and Clare Marie Schneider wrote for NPR’s Life Kit about how to prepare for negotiations, why its important to surround yourself with a personal advisory board and more.

“As of late, we’ve shifted from the Great Resignation to the Great Renegotiation, with the common throughline suggesting that the balance of power has largely tilted into the hands of the worker,” they wrote.

📈 ‘Hearst Newspapers plan a new data and product hub for 2022’: Rick Edmonds wrote for Poynter, “Hearst Newspapers are kicking off the new year with plans for a shared development hub, hiring 12 product and data specialists and another eight interactive graphic artists. The company says that it’s the single largest digital expansion ever for the newspaper group.”
