👀 ‘Beyond stress’: The American Press Institute’s VP of Journalism Programs Sam Ragland recently hosted a session on burnout for journalists. A write-up that followed includes slides and exercises to “help you begin self-prescribing a specific remedy for burnout and offer a chance to give yourself permission: to delay a meeting, to eat lunch, to take a walk.”
