NYC's salary transparency law and continued changes at Twitter
Happy Monday! Skim for your weekly roundup of jobs, industry readings, resources and more.
👀 How is NYC’s salary transparency law rollout going? In my latest newsletter to paid subscribers, I curated a series of resources to better understand New York City’s new pay transparency law, including a closer look at the city’s factsheet and how media organizations are covering the change.
📱 Upheaval at Twitter: It’s been tough keeping up with all the continued changes at the company and social platform ahead of the midterms. Here’s just a few stories and links to tweets from recent days that I found useful:
NYT: “Twitter is said to delay changes to check mark badges until after midterms”
The Explore page has gone through some significant changes since last week. BBC News tweeted that “Twitter’s entire curation team [was] reportedly axed.”
