How is NYC's salary transparency law rollout going?

📱 Upheaval at Twitter: It’s been tough keeping up with all the continued changes at the company and social platform ahead of the midterms. Here’s just a few stories and links to tweets from recent days that I found useful:

• NYT: “Twitter is said to delay changes to check mark badges until after midterms”

• WaPo: “These are the men running Elon Musk’s Twitter”

• The Explore page has gone through some significant changes since last week. BBC News tweeted that “Twitter’s entire curation team [was] reportedly axed.”

📧 ‘How to find editors to pitch’: Tim Herrera wrote in his Freelancing with Tim newsletter about “finding editors you can potentially pitch,” including using strategies like reaching out to other freelancers and using social media.
