🗳 ‘Fundamentals of data journalism for covering an election’: The Center for Community Media at CUNY’s graduate school of journalism is hosting a free training on Tuesday, May 24, at 2 p.m. that will show attendees how to “dig up data story ideas, analyze datasets and visualize data with an emphasis on elections.”
📨 ‘Organizing your letters of introduction’: Freelance writer and author Jen A. Miller recently shared in her Notes from a Hired Pen newsletter the straightforward system she has to keep her letters of introduction (LOIs) to potential clients organized.
