đ âMedia layoffs loom large over 2023â: Kerry Flynn and Sara Fischer wrote for Axios early last week about how âa slew of media companies and tech firms have begun to announce sweeping job cuts as the economy continues to face uncertainty.â Cuts were reported at Adweek, Vox Media, NBC News, MSNBC and more.
They also wrote about cuts at The Washington Post (20 jobs in the newsroom) and Dotdash Meredith (274 people).
