Personally, I go through periods where I’ll add and delete social apps from my phone. For example, I’ll keep the Twitter app during a work conference, but delete it when I get home so when my laptop goes away I have fewer distractions.

👀 Preparing for a possible recession: Freelance Writer Kaitlyn Arford started a helpful Twitter thread collecting advice for others about how to navigate economic hardships. She received dozens of replies that ranged from stepping up outreach to diversifying client lists to building up emergency funds if possible.
